SafeTapp Mobile Device Requirements

Apple (iOS 13 or later)

  • iPhone 6S and newer models
  • All iPad Air and iPad Pro models
  • iPad 5th, 6th, and 7th generations
  • iPad mini 5 and newer models
  • iPod touch 7th generation only

Android (Version 8.0 or later):

  • Version 8.0 or later (Recommended for better performance)
  • Hardware: 4 GB RAM (minimum) and 16 GB internal memory

Internet Browser Requirements (PC OR MAC):

Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

Turn off your pop-up blocker using the browser-specific guidelines below. Once your training is complete, we strongly recommend that you turn your pop-up blocker back on by reversing the steps you followed to turn your pop-up blocker off.

IMPORTANT If you continue to receive a message to turn off your pop-up blocker after you have turned it off in your web browser, then there could be a browser add-on or anti-virus software that also has a pop-up blocker that needs to be disabled while taking the course.

Microsoft Edge
  1. In your Microsoft Edge browser window, click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) in the upper right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the right-hand menu, click Cookies and site permissions.
  4. In the Site permissions section, click Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. In the Allow section, click Add.
  6. In the Site field, type in and click Add.

  1. On the menu bar, click the Firefox menu and select Options, or click Tools and select Options.
  2. Select the content panel.
  3. In the content panel, uncheck Block pop-up windows.

  5. Scroll halfway down the page and you'll see 'Pop-ups'; click Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
